Responsibilities

  • Develop SAP BPM solutions.
  • Participate in all stages of the SDLC.
  • Work with project managers, analysis, architects, QA engineers and other members of the software development team.
  • Communicate with the client representatives to brainstorm ideas, fine-tune requirements, demo solutions, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on technology trends and advise the team and the customer on opportunities and best practices.
  • Identify issues and bottlenecks in the solutions and the technical environment and work with the team and stakeholders to improve/refactor.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the development team to reach optimal solutions.
  • Strive to improve the working environment, suggest changes and take initiatives.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with team and customer representatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • 5+ years of experience in Java environment
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Process Orchestration
  • Certifications: SAP Process Orchestration
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • Experience in SAP NetWeaver
  • Experience in SAP PI/PO
  • Experience in SAP BPM/BRM
  • Experience in Java, JEE
  • Experience in SAO and REST
  • Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON, etc.
  • Experience in UI5
  • Experience in BPMN 2.0
  • Experience in DMN 1.1
  • Experience in CMMN
  • Experience in DevOps – CI/CD
  • Experience in Git
  • Software development life cycle experience, such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise application systems.
  • Experience with Scrum methodology
  • AGILE SAP methodology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and design skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues
  • Problem solving, research, self-learning skills
  • Self-disciplined, self-managing person who is able to produce superior result continuously within minimal supervision.
